Processing infrastructure
We help food businesses and programmes set up processing units: choosing the machines, sourcing and installing them, and training the people who run them.
We run the same kinds of equipment in our own factories every day, so we know how it behaves in local conditions.
Built for local power and roads. Systems are adapted to the terrain and power supply where they will run, and come from certified suppliers with warranty and spare parts.
What we supply and set up
Equipment for plantain, cassava, maize, grains and vegetables, from manual machines to automated lines.
Graters, dryers and roasters
Manual and mechanised machines for the first stages of processing.
Milling machines
Mills for plantain, cassava, maize and other grains.
Mixers, blenders and formulators
For flours, custards and snacks.
Packing and sealing machines
Manual, semi-automatic and automated packing lines.
Fermentation and frying systems
For plantain chips and cassava products.
Packaging for small food businesses
Packaging design and branding, advice on local and export rules, eco-packs that keep products fresh for longer, and small-batch labelling.
Equipment and procedures are set up to meet ANOR, HACCP and Centre Pasteur food-safety standards.

From study to switch-on
The same team stays with the project from the first assessment to the first production run.
Feasibility and specification
We look at the product, volumes, space and power supply, and specify the machines that fit.
Sourcing and installation
We handle procurement and help with import and customs, then install the line and run tests on site.
Training and aftercare
Your staff learn to run, clean and maintain the machines. We leave a maintenance plan and come back for field support.

In the field
We use this equipment in our own factory at Bonduma Gate every day, and train your staff on it the same way we train ours.
DryingLoading the dryer
Leaves go onto mesh trays and into the stainless drying cabinet.
PackingFilling by hand
Dried product is weighed and filled into kraft pouches in gloves and coats.
LayoutRooms laid out for flow
Each room does one job, with a door through to the next stage.
Three ways to buy
After scoping and a site visit, the offer comes with the options that suit the project.
| Option | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Machine only | The equipment, supplied to your specification. |
| Machine and transport | The equipment, delivered to your site. |
| Full installation | Delivery, installation, test runs and staff training on food safety, machine use and maintenance. |
Results
The clearest proof is our own factory. We fitted out the Bonduma Gate facility in Buea, and the same lines now make our own food brands.
Bonduma Gate, before and after
The processing hall began as a bare, half-tiled shell. We fitted the walls, laid out washing, cooking, milling and drying rooms, installed the machines and trained the staff who run them. The facility was inaugurated in the presence of the Minister of State for Higher Education and the Governor of the Southwest Region.

What the work shows
Equipment we run ourselves
The machines we recommend are the ones on our own processing floor, so we know how they behave on local power.
Units for groups and programmes
Through partnerships and grants we have installed processing units for youth groups, cooperative networks and donor-funded public programmes.
Pricing for grant partners
Pricing is flexible for grant-funded programmes and cooperatives.

One team
from the first study to the first production run
Who it's for
Food start-ups and small firms
New processing businesses, including women- and youth-led ones, that need a complete unit.
Donor-funded processing hubs
Programmes installing shared equipment for cooperatives and communities.
Government value chain projects
Public projects that add processing to a crop's value chain.
Quick answers
Can you supply a small unit as well as a full line?
Yes. We supply small-scale machines such as spice mills, flour grinders and oil presses, semi-automated drying, roasting and packaging lines, and fully automated systems for factory-level production.
Can you help with importing the machines?
Yes. We handle procurement planning and help international clients with importation and customs.
Do your engineers visit the site?
They can. During the feasibility study our engineers visit the site if needed and assess the power, water and labour available.
What happens after installation?
Your staff are trained to run and maintain the machines, you receive user manuals and quality-control protocols, and we offer maintenance, upgrade plans and after-sales field support.
