Our in-house team of agronomists, nutritionists, field officers, supply chain specialists and operations managers works across all four companies.
Five departments organise that work. Each one has a mark of its own.
Departments
What each department is responsible for.
Agric Consultancy
Farm setup and management, farmer groups and training, greenhouses and irrigation, and cold room and warehouse services, delivered through Mumita Agro Consultancy.
Food Processing
Turns indigenous vegetables, snails and mushrooms into dried and frozen foods for Mumita Foods, to ANOR and Centre Louis Pasteur food safety standards.
Nutrition
Diet consultancy, meal plans and nutrition education, and the menus behind Praïs catering.
IT
The systems behind traceability and field records: QR batch codes on our products and Kobo data collection in the field.
HR
Human resource management for the group, including internship and mentorship placements for university students in agronomy, nutrition, post-harvest technology and entrepreneurship.
Why no headshots
We don't publish photographs of individual staff. Group and field photographs of our teams at work appear across the site instead.
