Okong obong is a leafy green cherished in Cameroonian home cooking.

Its earthy flavour carries soups, stews and everyday family meals. Ours comes cleaned, cut and dried, so it goes straight into the pot.

What sizes does it come in?

The dried pack is 650g, as printed on the pack. Frozen okong obong comes in 500g and 1.5kg packs.

Dried or frozen: which should I buy?

Dried leaf is light and keeps at room temperature, so it suits shops and long journeys. Frozen leaf is ready to cook and needs a freezer.

What is the minimum order?

20 packs per format. Orders above ten times the minimum get a bulk discount.

How does delivery work?

Collect from our warehouse in Buea, or we ship it to you within Cameroon and to neighbouring countries. Transport is quoted separately.
