Indigenous Vegetables

Six African greens, dried or frozen: eru, waterleaf, bitter leaf, African nightshade, okong obong and amaranth.

What's in the range

We keep traditional African vegetables two ways: dehydrated, light and shelf-stable, or frozen and ready to cook.

These are leaves used across Cameroonian cooking. Each is cleaned, cut and packed in a transparent, resealable pouch with its nutrition label, and sold wholesale by the carton.
