Dried Okong Obong

The soup leaf, ready when you are. We harvest it, clean it and dry it, then seal it in a 650g pack.

What is okong obong

Okong obong is a leafy green cherished in Cameroonian home cooking.

Its earthy flavour carries soups, stews and everyday family meals. We dry it to keep its flavour and nutrients, and it comes cleaned and cut, so it goes straight into the pot.
