Mumita Marketplace

Linking the farmers who grow Cameroon’s food with the people who buy it.

What it is

We are building it now and will open it in stages. Until then, produce and equipment orders are handled by request.

A marketplace for the farmers we work with and the people who buy from them. Simple to browse, and built as much for the farmer supplying as for the buyer ordering.

Two corners of the Marketplace already take orders, by request: fresh produce, and equipment and inputs. Both are below.

For farmers

Reach buyers you couldn't reach before

The marketplace starts with the people who grow the food. It will give farmers in our network a way to put what they grow in front of supermarkets, processors, institutions and traders.

For buyers

Source straight from the network

For supermarkets, processors, institutions and traders, it is a direct line to produce from farmers in some of Cameroon’s most fertile regions.

Staples, graded and packed to order

We grow, aggregate and supply the staples Cameroon’s buyers ask for most, from our own fields, contracted estates and the cooperative farmers we work with. Plantain, cassava, maize, beans, pineapple, dwarf red papaya, eru, waterleaf, bitter leaf and seasonal produce, for supermarkets, hospital suppliers, hotels and wholesale markets.
